30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try Grip Dough at the range. If it's not for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and send the tin back, opened or unopened. Once we receive it, we'll refund what you paid for the product.

How to request a refund

Email ryan@grip-dough.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The name on the order
  • A quick note on what didn't work for you (optional, but it helps us improve)

We reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Returns sent without a request first can't be processed.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Your refund is issued once your return arrives.

What's covered

  • Orders placed on grip-dough.com. Tins can be opened or unopened, but must be sent back to us.
  • One guarantee refund per customer or household.
  • Bundles and discounted orders are refunded at the amount you actually paid, after any bundle or code discounts.

Not covered: purchases made through other retailers, dealers or events (please contact the seller you bought from), and requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived, email us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include a photo for damaged items. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the problem was our error (damaged, wrong or missing items).

Cancellations and address changes

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it for a full refund or update the address. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can still return it under the Money-Back Guarantee.

Exchanges

Grip Dough comes in one size, so we don't offer exchanges. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced as described above.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of your return arriving. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit. If you haven't seen it after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then email us and we'll help.
