Processing time

Orders ship from the USA within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on US orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged USPS rates calculated at checkout.

International orders

We ship to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless shown as included at checkout.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If your tracking stops updating, your package arrives damaged, or something is missing, email ryan@grip-dough.com with your order number (and a photo if anything is damaged). We reply within 2 business days.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
